Development blueprints for the financier's secluded tropical island among the photographs.
Additionally contained in this new photograph disclosure appears to be a property layout for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - Little St James - back in 1998, but subsequently obtained the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos suggest he had formulated plans to build upon the 161-acre island by constructing residences, an amphitheatre, an office beneath the waves and a reservoir.
Visible on the blueprint is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is covered in handwritten red notes and features a key labelling different sections of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what seem to be nine other site drawings and engineering blueprints, featuring plans for marina coverings.
